Subaru of Sterling, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is seeking a high-performing Parts Advisor to grow their career with the best in the business. We are looking for someone with automotive parts experience, dealership experience, and a proven track record of success in customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Automotive parts experience, required
• Dealership experience required
• CDK experience is helpful
• Proven and verifiable track record of success in customer satisfaction
• General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations
• Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
• Highly organized with superior time management and prioritization skills
• Valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record
• Computer proficient
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and possess the ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced high-volume atmosphere

Pay

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $44,000.00 to $93,000, which includes commissions on (“Individual Payable Gross”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (“Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability”). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
