About the role

The Parts, Accessories & Shipping Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations in the parts department.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy.
• Prepare and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations.
