Working across Marketing, Sales and Product, you’ll shape joint go-to-market campaigns, strengthen strategic partner relationships and turn shared investments into measurable commercial impact. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field5 to 7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within technology, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise B2B environmentsExperience managing vendor co-marketing, MDF or channel marketing programs, ideally with NVIDIA, AMD, Dell or comparable technology alliancesComfortable managing partner-funded budgets and reporting against an agreed spend authorityStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate confidently across Marketing, Sales and ProductExperience with partner certification and portal requirements, NVIDIA Cloud Partner Network experience highly regardedProven ability to coordinate co-branded content and technical enablement materials with external partner teamsA data-driven mindset, with experience tracking MDF utilisation, pipeline influence and event ROIThrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings strong attention to detail Job Responsibilities Partner Marketing Strategy and Planning: Own end-to-end co-marketing campaigns and joint go-to-market programs with each technology partner, NVIDIA, AMD and DellMaintain a partner marketing calendar aligned with each partner's own campaign cycles and IREN's commercial prioritiesMDF and Partner Program Management: Manage Market Development Fund (MDF) proposals, approvals and utilisation with each partner's marketing team, within an agreed spend authorityMaintain partner certification, training and portal requirements, including NVIDIA's Cloud Partner NetworkContent and Partner Event Coordination: Coordinate co-branded content and technical enablement materials with partner marketing teams, subject to Brand sign-off on all outbound branded materialRepresent IREN at partner-hosted industry events within an agreed scope, distinct from the flagship sponsorships owned by the Events teamPartner Relationship Management: Run regular business reviews with each partner's marketing organisation to track joint objectives and spendBuild and maintain marketing-level relationships across each partner's regional and global marketing teamsPerformance Tracking and Reporting: Track MDF utilisation, co-marketing pipeline influence and partner event ROI against agreed targetsReport quarterly on joint objectives, spend and outcomes across the partner portfolioCross-Functional Alignment: Work with Sales and Product to keep marketing activity aligned with the commercial relationship, without owning supply or pricing termsCoordinate with the Events team on any partner-hosted or partner-sponsored activity that intersects with IREN-led events Job Benefits At IREN, we offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes base salary, annual performance incentives, and opportunities to build long-term wealth through equity programs.
