About the role

The Partnerships Manager will build and develop a robust partner ecosystem in the US market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner sourcing and acquisition
  • Building a partner base from scratch
  • Outbound partner outreach and relationship development
  • Partnership activation and ongoing collaboration
  • Agreements and coordination with legal teams
  • CRM, reporting, and partner tracking
  • Portfolio growth and contribution to the partner ecosystem

Requirements

  • Business Development: Proven expertise in driving greenfield business development and managing the full partnership lifecycle.
  • Regional Expertise: Deep experience within the US market, backed by an established network.
  • Partnership Success: Demonstrated track record of successful alliances and impactful employment initiatives.
  • Platform Management: Experience in establishing and optimizing employer profiles.
  • Languages: Fluent proficiency in English required.
  • Would Be a Plus: Prior experience in education or edtech, full desk recruitment, business development, strategic partnerships, or account management in tech companies.
