About the role
The Partnerships Manager will build and develop a robust partner ecosystem in the US market. Key responsibilities include:
- Partner sourcing and acquisition
- Building a partner base from scratch
- Outbound partner outreach and relationship development
- Partnership activation and ongoing collaboration
- Agreements and coordination with legal teams
- CRM, reporting, and partner tracking
- Portfolio growth and contribution to the partner ecosystem
Requirements
- Business Development: Proven expertise in driving greenfield business development and managing the full partnership lifecycle.
- Regional Expertise: Deep experience within the US market, backed by an established network.
- Partnership Success: Demonstrated track record of successful alliances and impactful employment initiatives.
- Platform Management: Experience in establishing and optimizing employer profiles.
- Languages: Fluent proficiency in English required.
- Would Be a Plus: Prior experience in education or edtech, full desk recruitment, business development, strategic partnerships, or account management in tech companies.
