Key Responsibilities
- Carry an individual revenue quota covering both new business and renewals across an assigned book of corporate partner accounts.
- Build and manage a healthy prospect pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound lead conversion.
- Develop tailored, business-outcome-driven partnership proposals integrating jersey, signage, digital, hospitality, content, and community-facing assets.
- Lead client discovery meetings; build category-specific points of view across financial services, healthcare, agribusiness, grocery, energy, and other priority categories.
- Close new partnership agreements; negotiate term, value, and category exclusivity in coordination with the Director.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship owner for active partner accounts; drive renewals, upsells, and category expansions.
- Build annual partner business plans with each account, including activation calendars, success metrics, and check-in cadences.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with partners using ROI data and recap materials from the Manager of Data & Analytics.
- Cookordination with the Partnership Fulfillment Coordinator on activation execution; escalate blockers and ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage partner game-day experiences, including hospitality, on-field/in-stadium elements, and VIP touchpoints.
- Represent Union Omaha at chamber events, business mixers, and community events to generate top-of-funnel relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene — activity, stage, forecast, account plans — and provide weekly pipeline and renewal updates to the Director.
Qualifications
- Gameday duties may Vary.
- Game Attendance is required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of corporate partnership, sponsorship, or B2B sales experience, ideally in pro sports or sponsorship-driven properties.
- Track record of both closing new partnership deals and successfully renewing and growing existing accounts.
- Strong proposal development, presentation, and account-planning skills.
- Existing Omaha-area business network a plus.
