Partnerships Manager
About the role
The Network's mission is to defeat trafficking networks, focusing on the illicit massage industry. The organization provides data, intelligence, and tactics to partners (Attorneys General, District Attorneys, law enforcement, financial institutions, local service providers, regulators) across 17+ states and 50+ counties to disrupt trafficking while building a safety net for exploited individuals. The Partnerships Manager serves as the right hand to the Chief Partnership Officer (CPO) based in the Seattle metro area, ensuring operational execution of partnership strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational execution of partnerships: day‑to‑day point of contact for partner staff, answering questions, routing requests, sustaining momentum between CPO touchpoints.
- Coordinate internally with the Tech team to fulfill partner requests.
- Track implementation milestones and outcomes (IMBs targeted, tactics deployed, results achieved).
- Prepare and maintain partner‑facing materials, including the “playbook” that outlines a comprehensive approach to defeating the illicit massage industry and creating a national safety net.
- Own the partnership CRM: maintain accurate records of every interaction, stage, commitment, and next step across the national pipeline.
- Build and maintain reporting for the CPO and Senior Leadership Team: pipeline health, acquisition against targets, implementation status, impact metrics.
- Identify friction in the partner journey from first contact to full implementation and remove it; design and run the process.
- Plan and execute partnership events, including strategy sessions with partner cohorts and The Network's presence at national conferences.
- Play a central role in coordinating The Network's next National Convening (tentatively March 2028).
- Represent The Network professionally with partners, at conferences, and in the field, presenting work when the CPO cannot.
