Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust AI models using state-of-the-art frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to ensure AI solutions meet business objectives.
• Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines using Airflow and Apache Spark.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in AI development.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable insights to improve model accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in machine learning and/or AI development.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with reinforcement learning and deep learning techniques.
• Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI development.
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Understanding of natural language processing and computer vision.

Skills

• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
