The Role

Sygaldry is seeking an exceptional Business Development and Partnerships leader. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic growth opportunities that expand Sygaldry's market presence and establish foundational customer and partner relationships that will underpin commercial adoption of our quantum-accelerated AI servers. The successful candidate will cultivate and deepen relationships with prospective anchor customers and partners. Working closely with leadership and technical teams, this individual will lead complex engagements from initial contact through structured commitment deal execution.

What You’ll Work On

  • Manage strategic accounts, driving the relationship and commercial trajectory over time and expand engagement as the partnership matures.
  • Build trusted relationships with technical and business leaders, serving as a credible counterpart to senior stakeholders.
  • Identify leads, conduct outreach, and secure customer contracts.
  • Structure and negotiate complex, high-value commercial agreements, often where no template exists.
  • Partner closely with technical teams to translate Sygaldry's roadmap and milestones into clear business value for customers, and feed customer needs back into product and engineering.
  • Represent Sygaldry at industry conferences and events
