About the role
The firm is a management consulting company with over 35 years of experience serving asset-intensive industries such as mining, metals, energy, utilities, manufacturing, and aerospace. It is 100% employee-owned, and Partners act as stewards of the business, sharing directly in the growth and value they help create. The firm is entering an ambitious growth phase and seeks a commercially driven Partner to lead market expansion and client relationship development.
Responsibilities
- Build and deepen executive-level relationships with target clients, referral sources, and industry leaders.
- Originate, qualify, and advance consulting opportunities aligned with the firm’s capabilities and growth priorities.
- Lead pursuit strategy, proposal development, client presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Act as a credible senior advisor to CEOs, business unit leaders, and boards facing operational and performance challenges.
- Provide senior relationship ownership and executive oversight on selected client engagements.
- Identify follow-on opportunities and longer-term account expansion across a growing client base.
- Mentor future leaders and contribute directly to firm-wide growth strategy and commercial positioning.
Requirements
- Senior-level leadership experience in consulting, professional services, industrial operations, or business development.
- A clear track record of originating, growing, and converting consulting, advisory, or operational improvement revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives, CEOs, Presidents, VPs, and General Managers.
- Experience leading complex client engagements, growth initiatives, business units, or transformation-related work.
- Strong commercial judgment across opportunity identification, pursuit strategy, proposal development, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influencing skills.
- Comfort operating in an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven professional services environment.
- A relevant undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Benefits
- $200,000 – $225,000 base salary plus bonus, commensurate with experience.
