About the role
Role Overview: Drive pipeline growth and revenue impact across the East region by connecting organizations with Genesys Cloud, an AI powered platform that transforms how businesses engage with their customers and employees.
This role plays a critical part in expanding market presence by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high value opportunities that align with strategic sales priorities.
You will contribute to shaping the future of customer experience by enabling personalized, scalable interactions that improve loyalty, efficiency, and business outcomes.
You will partner closely with Account Executives and sales leadership, gaining visibility into enterprise sales strategy while building a strong foundation for career growth within a high performance, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive high quality pipeline creation by identifying and engaging target accounts across the East region using data driven prospecting strategies
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks, ensuring alignment with business needs and sales priorities
- Execute highly personalized multi channel outreach campaigns, leveraging intent data, account insights, and digital engagement tools
- Partner with Account Executives to develop account plans and uncover new opportunities within both prospect and existing customer accounts
- Respond to inbound inquiries with urgency and professionalism, converting interest into qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate and complete data within Salesforce and lead management platforms, ensuring strong pipeline visibility and reporting
- Leverage social selling techniques to build relationships, establish credibility, and nurture prospects throughout the buying journey
- Analyze outreach performance metrics to continuously improve conversion rates and optimize prospecting strategies
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B technology sales or business development
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Demonstrated curiosity and problem solving ability in identifying customer needs and aligning solutions
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Outreach or Salesloft
- Strong time management skills with attention to detail across multiple priorities
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross functional and distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with advanced prospecting tools such as 6Sense or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with social selling and digital engagement strategies, including video prospecting
- Knowledge of qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDPIC
- Demonstrated ambition and interest in progressing into Account Executive or other sales roles
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events or trade shows, approximately once per quarter
Pay
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$48,600.00 - $85,400.00
