Business Development Representative

What You’d Be Doing In This Role

• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Success team to identify and pursue strategic pipeline opportunities, create demand generation activities, and desired results
• Create and execute sales pipeline using cold outreach strategies like cold calling, emailing and social selling
• Gain in-depth knowledge of Canva technologies, territories, accounts, competitors, industry trends, and more
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives
• Learn and implement strategies that align Canva’s solutions with customer pains, use cases, and organization imperatives
• Utilize tools like Salesforce, Pocus, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and other resources to maintain pipeline generation and hygiene strategies
• Deliver on weekly, monthly, and quarterly key performance metrics

As a Business Development Representative at Canva focusing on Sales and Success support, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. You advocate the innovative power of Canva’s products to make organizations more collaborative, creative, and efficient. You’ll collaborate with the Sales and Success team to identify new business opportunities, optimize existing partnerships, and ensure the successful implementation and utilization of Canva’s products and services.
