Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and inquiries
- Makes outbound calls to new and existing leads as well as previous customers
- Cold calling previous customers to generate interest
- Set appointments for the sales team and follow up to ensure attendance
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information
- Avoid asking for name, phone and email
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support dealership promotions
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the Ford brand with professionalism
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using a computer- websites, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
- High energy, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
