Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and inquiries
  • Makes outbound calls to new and existing leads as well as previous customers
  • Cold calling previous customers to generate interest
  • Set appointments for the sales team and follow up to ensure attendance
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information
  • Avoid asking for name, phone and email
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support dealership promotions
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the Ford brand with professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using a computer- websites, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
  • High energy, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
