Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare systems, hospitals, behavioral health providers, and other employers to create and expand employment and career advancement opportunities for program participants.
  • Conduct employer outreach to identify workforce needs and align program graduates with hiring demands.
  • Negotiate and coordinate interviews, hiring events, and other employer engagement activities.
  • Represent Care Corps and Project Renewal at industry events, networking meetings, and workforce gatherings to increase program visibility and strengthen employer relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to expand employer partnerships and support long-term program sustainability.
  • MATCH qualified graduates with employment opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and career goals.
  • SUPPORT participants throughout the job search process, including interview preparation, employer introductions, and transition-to-work support.
  • Collaborate closely with instructional and program staff to ensure participant readiness and alignment with employer expectations.

Data, Reporting & Program Improvement

  • TRACK employer engagement activities, job placements, and related metrics using Salesforce and other documentation systems.
  • MaintAIN accurate documentation and timely reporting to support contract, funding, and program requirements.
  • GATHER employer feedback and labor market insights to inform continuous process improvement and participant success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in workforce development, employer engagement, staffing, recruitment, account management, business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to conduct outreach, identify employer workforce needs, and match qualified candidates to employment opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success developing, managing, and growing employer partnerships, preferably in healthcare or social service sectors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and data management systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience working in performance-based programs with measurable outcomes and targets.
