Pay

• Year 1: $500K total compensation ($425K base + $75K sign‑on/retention)
• Year 2: $510K total compensation ($435K base + $75K sign‑on/retention)
• Year 3: $520K total compensation ($445K base + $75K sign‑on/retention)
• Additional incentives: +$20K annual stipend for peds fellowship‑trained physicians; approximately $70K/year for participation in the cardiac call pool for cardiac‑trained physicians.
