Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee open partnership asset inventory, including signage, media, digital, hospitality, and experiential assets.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate allocation, availability, and monetization of assets.
  • Assist in the creation of tools, templates, and materials when needed to support the Partnerships Sales team (pitch decks, rate cards, proposals).
  • Partner with leadership to implement best practices for deal flow, approvals, and contract management.
  • Manage and optimize the partnerships sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects, deals, and revenue projections.
  • Maintain and improve CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot), ensuring data integrity and proper usage across the team.
  • Aid in the partner and league contract review process.
  • Produce regular reports on sales performance and partnership revenue.
  • Track and report on partner deliverables and performance metrics in collaboration with the Partnership Marketing team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as liaison between external sales agency partners and Gotham FC internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Partnership Marketing to ensure seamless transition from deal closure to activation and fulfillment.
  • Work with Youth Soccer and Community Impact team on new grassroots opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Fan Experience, Marketing, Game Day Operations, and Content teams to align on sponsorship visibility and promotional assets.
