About the role
Welcome to Paso Del Norte. We have 5 OR rooms and 1 Treatment room. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Anesthesia, ENT, General, GI, Ortho, OB/GYN, Pain, Plastic, Podiatry. Responsibilities
- The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
- The Circulating RN will be responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- Active RN license in the state
- BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
- A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator
- Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
Schedule
Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.
