Partnership Manager, Agencies
About the role
We are seeking a Partnership Manager to support commercial growth for our agencies. This role focuses on growing and retaining our largest independent agencies, as well as bringing new agencies into our Partnership Program.
Responsibilities
- Own a robust independent agency book with full revenue ownership, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities in existing relationships
- Bring in new agencies to our services and the Terac Agency Partnerships program
- Work closely with agency C-level on strategic cross-agency initiatives
- Serve as the primary contact for agency account teams and help them identify and pitch market research opportunities to their clients
- Act as the quarterback of the agency account by leveraging cross-functional relationships with Terac teams to bring the best of Terac to our agencies and their clients
- Provide value to our agency partners through trainings and co-hosted events
- Manage end-to-end proposal process for contracts from $10k to $500k+
- Utilize research expertise to design innovative and comprehensive proposals that meet client research needs
- Design and develop scalable processes and tools that make the team more effective and efficient
- Act as a Strategic Partner to Key Accounts, developing a deep understanding of partner research workflows, business models, and growth objectives, and providing strategic input to influence partner direction and strengthen long-term commercial relationships
Requirements
Strong background in sales, marketing, or related field. Experience in agency partnerships, market research, or similar roles is preferred. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with contract management and proposal development.
