engage2Learn’s Mission, Beliefs, and Cultural TenetsJob DescriptionSummaryengage2learn is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Partnership Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting engage2learn’s software solutions for partners. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a partner-focused approach, along with a proven understanding of all engage2learn solutions and the ability to clearly articulate them to partners.ResponsibilitiesPartner Implementation & OnboardingCollaborate with partners to understand their business requirements and customize our software solutions to meet their needsManage the implementation process from start to finish, including planning, configuration, testing, and trainingDocument implementation processes, configurations, and partner requirementsPartner Support & TrainingProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for partners during implementation and after the software is deployedConduct training sessions for partners to ensure they are proficient in using the softwareCollect, analyze, and share user feedback patterns heard in interactions with partnersProduct Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues or bugs in the softwareConsult with the product team to evaluate complex partner problems and design solutions that leverage existing features or inform new onesMake recommendations on new functionality that will solve user pain pointsStay abreast of current context in partner districts, edtech, and the field of educationQualificationsThe successful applicant will demonstrate the following competencies:Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience in software implementation, configuration, and supportStrong technical skills, including knowledge of databases and software development methodologiesExcellent written and oral communication, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience working with partners to understand their business needs and customize software solutions accordinglyStrong negotiation skills with a problem-solving, solution-oriented approachStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within the constraints of timelinesAn ability to address partner requests in a timely mannerAbility to travel up to 25% of the time, depending on the time of year and district needsOther Desired Skills and QualificationsTime management skillsProject management skillsCollaboration skillsEmployment DetailsThis is a full-time, exempt positionThis is a remote positionStandard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with additional hours as necessarySalary is competitive and commensurate with experience401(k) and health insurance plan benefits offeredFull-time employees receive 6 weeks of PTO per yearBackground check and drug screening requiredJoin Us in Transforming Educationengage2learn is growing fast and doing meaningful work — helping the neighborhood public school become the first choice for every family.
