Partnership Director

Responsibilities

• Connect with our eFam who call Elevation Church home by partnering through their generosity.
• Engage with our partners to foster community within Elevation Church Online through connection opportunities, including Watch Parties, eGroups, Outreach events, Pop-Ups, and City Centers.
• Work closely with other staff members, including volunteer coordinators, pastors, and ministry leaders, to ensure a holistic approach to care, growth, and development within the online ministry.
• Cook up and travel to events for generosity partners in various regions, coinciding with churchwide events (Pop-Ups and other Elevation Church events).

MUST-HAVES

• Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
• Passion for generosity and discipling others
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to empathize and connect with people, facilitating connection easily from a distance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping excellence intact
• Comfortable using online platforms and communication tools for virtual connection, such as video conferencing, email, and chat.
• Collaborative mindset who works best in a team environment

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
• Demonstrated experience in pastoral care ministry, counseling, or spiritual care
• Experience in event planning

Day-to-Day

• We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
• Travel to your region is required 1-2 times a month to support local leadership development/growth and worship experiences through Watch Parties, City Centers, and Pop-Ups.
• There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
• Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
• You can’t help but grow on our staff. You’ll be around some incredible people. Professional development opportunities will be all around you, both in structured and unstructured ways.
• We expect you to be disciplined in your spiritual practices - be in your Bible, spend time with the Lord in prayer, meditate on and apply the weekly sermon.
