Partner Success Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive on-time execution for high-visibility partner implementations
• Serve as program manager for cross-functional partner initiatives and processes
• Ensure successful launch execution and ongoing operational health for key partners
• Establish a consistent, stage-gated onboarding program across the portfolio
• Maintain an overview of partner operations backlog with status and risk assessment
• Partner with leadership to optimize sequencing of work and reduce onboarding duration
• Create regular communications on progress, risks, and collaboration with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience optimizing processes in fast-paced tech or financial environments
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with clear timelines and outcomes
• Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and improve execution using data
• Demonstrated ability to manage work backlogs and improve throughput
• Experience working in a hybrid Agile/Scrum environment, including tools like Jira and Confluence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for all organizational levels
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management abilities

Pay

$108,000 – $135,000 annually
