Partner Success Manager, Co-op
About the role
As a Partner Success Manager, you will be on the front lines of client success, managing direct communication with our publisher partners through daily outreach, client meetings, and driving strategic initiatives with in-depth data storytelling. This role focuses on driving growth, retention, and satisfaction for partners while aligning their success with Bombora's objectives. You will embrace emerging technologies, including AI, to rethink how we work and how our partners derive value from Bombora data.

- Operate as a primary support resource to partners on the named account list, including onboarding new publisher partners, product training, consultation, audience data analysis, data integration, and third-party platforms.
- Engage the appropriate subject matter expert support and technical resources where necessary.
- Execute data programs on behalf of partners from the named account list, including creating audience segments, analyzing topic trends, and integrating data into new platforms.
- Actively address issues or challenges that may arise between Bombora and its partners, ensuring problems are resolved quickly and effectively. Manage escalations, offering solutions and aligning resources to resolve complex problems.
- Work closely with the Head of Global Data Partnerships to support revenue achievement objectives with commercial partners on the named account list. Manage and achieve performance metrics (adoption rates, contribution scores, etc.).
- Strategically collaborate with publishers and internal teams to identify and develop new ways of using Bombora data, including AI-enabled solutions and workflows, that increase partner engagement and adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and/or create measurable operational efficiencies.
- Apply AI platforms (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, and emerging AI or agentic capabilities) to publisher-specific projects, research, analysis, data storytelling, and problem-solving.
- Identify repeatable workflows and opportunities where AI can improve the quality, speed, or scalability of work.
- Experiment thoughtfully with AI to prototype new approaches to publisher use cases and internal workflows, sharing successful practices, prompts, workflows, and learnings with the broader team.
