A respected, growth-oriented law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Partner to join its Corporate practice in Miami. This is a compelling opportunity for a sophisticated corporate attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, client-facing work, and a clear platform for continued professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mergers & acquisitions and joint venture transactions
• Advising clients on fundraising documentation and fund formation matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across multiple industries
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on sophisticated deal work

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6–15 years of corporate transactional experience gained at a law firm
• Strong background in M&A, joint ventures, fundraising, and general corporate matters
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Florida
• Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently and contribute to business development
• Polished communicator with strong client-service instincts
