Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale supply chain advisory projects focusing on operational excellence and digital transformation
- Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders for strategic decision-making
- Guide teams in delivering solutions to ensure quality and alignment with client expectations
- Contribute to practice development by innovating and sharing knowledge across the SCM advisory network
- Mentor emerging leaders within the advisory team to foster skill development
- Ensure compliance with governance and client-specific standards to mitigate risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management; Master's in Operations Management preferred
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
- Strong background in business consulting and critical thinking
