Responsibilities
- Define and lead the strategic direction of the enterprise risk advisory practice
- Oversee the delivery of large-scale risk transformation programs
- Build and manage relationships with executive-level clients
- Drive innovation in risk governance, compliance, and analytics strategies
- Drive strategic initiatives and mentor senior leaders to ensure practice growth and excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Statistics; or Master's in Business Administration or Risk Management
- Certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), CISA, ITIL 4 Foundation, and Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate are preferred
- Proficiency in client relations, people leadership, and program management with a focus on risk management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, at a C2 proficiency level
- Experience mentoring senior leaders and driving strategic initiatives
