SCM Specialist Professional
About the role
Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated SCM Specialist to join their talented team. The ideal candidate will support 43 field sites by performing financial receipt of materials, work with finance on reports to minimize errors and corrections, provide metrics to field representatives on site performance, and occasionally interact with site personnel to obtain physical inventory counts of specific materials.
Responsibilities
- Support 43 field sites by performing financial receipt of materials.
- Work with finance on reports to minimize receiving and billing errors and corrections.
- Provide metrics to field representatives on site performance.
- Occasionally interact with site personnel to obtain physical inventory counts of specific materials.
Skills/Abilities
- Ability to work independently and interpret information, including financial & technical information.
- Effectively communicate key information to cross-functional teams, including senior management.
- Extensive knowledge of administrative tools such as Excel.
- Tech-savvy with proven ability to troubleshoot problems, solve abstract issues, interpret and implement policies & procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail in the execution of job responsibilities.
- Ability to stay focused and skilled at time management.
- Ability to plan own work according to targets agreed, within a quarterly up to an annual cycle, by integrating resources in a project-driven environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain (preferred).
