Summary
The Partner Sales Director – Global Strategic Partnerships is a high-impact, quota-carrying leadership role responsible for driving revenue, expanding global market share, and leading joint GTM strategies with Kore.ai’s top tier of strategic partners.
Responsibilities
Own Quota Attainment: Drive and achieve annual targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced booking revenue.
Co-Sell Execution: Lead complex, multi-party sales motions alongside Kore.ai Direct Sales (AEs, SEs) and partner field teams to penetrate Global 2000 accounts.
Opportunity Acceleration: Qualify and orchestrate partner-driven deals to shorten sales cycles, increase deal sizes, and expand Kore.ai’s strategic footprint.
Global Strategic Ecosystem Management
Alliance Development: Build, nurture, and scale C-level and Practice Lead relationships within key Global System Integrators (GSIs), Hyperscalers, and Cloud Marketplaces.
Joint Business Planning: Establish and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) defining revenue targets, GTM priorities, solution embed strategies, and joint account mapping exercises.
Marketplace Optimization: Maximize GTM traction on cloud marketplaces (AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, GCP) and leverage co-sell/MDF programs to accelerate joint sales pipelines.
Cross-Functional Orchestration & Demand Generation
Joint GTM Campaigns: Partner closely with Global Partner Marketing to execute co-marketing campaigns, executive roundtables, industry events, and solution showcases.
Enablement & Practice Building: Work with Partner Success and Enablement teams to certify partner sales and technical consulting teams on the Kore.ai platform.
Internal Collaboration: Serve as the strategic bridge between Kore.ai Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams and external partner stakeholders.
Governance & Forecasting
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and partner account metrics in Salesforce.
Lead structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key alliance partners and Kore.ai executive leadership.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5+ years of proven enterprise software sales, global alliances, or strategic partnership management within enterprise SaaS, Cloud, CCaaS, or AI/ML software ecosystems required.
Previous professional experience working at McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company or Boston Consulting Group required.
Proven & consistent history of exceeding multi-million-dollar quota targets ($5M+ ARR) through partner co-selling and channel motions required.
Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships with high-yield GTM relationships with tier-1 GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, Wipro) or major Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) required.
Strong technical understanding of Conversational, Generative & Agentic AI technologies, Agentic Workflows, Contact Center Technology (CCaaS), and API-first platform integrations required.
Proven ability to lead by influence in complex, matrixed environments, orchestrating teams across different continents, cultures, and organizations required.
Exceptional executive presentation, negotiation, and contract-structuring skills required.
Ability to travel globally up to 30%–50% for key executive partner meetings, events, and field engagements required.
Education Qualification
Undergraduate degree from a strong program with 3 to 4 years of post-graduation experience at an MBB firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) highly preferred. Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $170,000 - $190,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
