Requirements

  • Extensive experience in partnerships, business development, and SaaS sales environments, with a proven ability to build strategic relationships and deliver commercial results.
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or partner sales roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships that contribute to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing relationships with ISVs, agencies, consulting firms, or strategic technology partners.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, co-sell strategies, and complex commercial partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to create partnership strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% as required.
  • Ideal location within the Eastern Time Zone.
