About the role
The Partner Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing customer service and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolutions.
Responsibilities
- Cook up customer-facing service changes like openings, closings, and transitions to keep things running smoothly and without disruption.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks, communicate effectively, solve problems, and manage escalations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with haulers and vendors throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to contract management.
- Manage the bidding process, contract renewals, and contract management, keeping agreements up to date and aligned with service needs.
- Monitor vendor compliance with contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), pricing agreements, and payment terms, ensuring adherence and enforcing standards.
- Run audits, track service gaps, and report on vendor accountability, ensuring accurate invoicing and collections.
- Drive operational and financial optimization, including rightsizing, savings opportunities, and service cost reduction strategies.
- Keep detailed records of contracts, communications, and vendor information to maintain compliance and consistency.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- One to three years of experience in customer service, vendor management, operations, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Preferred skills include experience with ERP or CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce), prior experience in waste management, facilities, or field services, and experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, or service agreements.
Qualifications

Pay
Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
On-site position located in Victor, NY. Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Fast-paced environment requiring strong problem-solving capabilities.
