Lyzr, the enterprise AI agent platform, seeks unpaid intern candidates in North America for the role of Partner Marketing Manager (Creative & Design). This role is built for a college student who aspires to learn visual marketing in a business context (B2B software partnerships).

About You

The ideal candidate is an aspiring creative marketer who brings early-forming design sensibility and business awareness to visual projects. You have some early experience with one or a few industry-standard creative tools, and you are excited to learn how to use AI in the creative production process.

What We Seek

• Communication: Developing English verbal and written communication skills appropriate to education and experience, along with a willingness to continue improving both.
• Ability to receive a creative brief, ask clarifying questions, and deliver against expectations or request assistance as needed.
• Experience: 3+ years of college study in the US or abroad. Exposure or experience in creative marketing, graphic design, or visual communications, ideally in a B2B technology context.
• Design Proficiency: A portfolio demonstrating clean, professional visual work across multiple formats — images, decks, one-pagers, digital assets, etc. A portfolio is strongly preferred. Personal projects, classwork, volunteering, or freelance work all count.
• AI Creative Tool Fluency: Familiarity with, or desire to learn, AI image generation tools and incorporate AI-generated assets into polished, professional deliverables.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and color. You notice when something isn’t right without waiting for others to point it out.
