What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute strategic partner-led event programs aligned with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with 10-12 named strategic partners, serving as a primary point of contact for event-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for co-branded events, executive engagements, webinars, conferences, and customer-facing programs.
- Create and maintain event plans, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
- Negotiate and manage sponsorship activities tied to Memorandums of Understanding agreements (MOUs), marketing development funds (MDF), and similar partnership documentation.
- Cook up with internal marketing, sales, operations, and partner teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics including attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, revenue contribution, and ROI.
- Recommend improvements and optimization strategies based on event performance data.
- Manage partner communications before, during, and after events to maximize engagement and outcomes.
- Ensure partner programs align with brand standards, business goals, and partnership commitments.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, channel marketing, event marketing, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven experience managing partner-led or co-sponsored events and activities.
- Experience supporting and maintaining partnership agreements, sponsorship contracts, or similar business documentation.
- A strong understanding of event strategy, planning, execution, and post-event measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with external partners and executive stakeholders.
- Experience tracking and reporting marketing or event ROI.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- B2B technology, SaaS, channel, or partner ecosystem experience (preferred).
- Experience managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) or co-marketing budgets (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (preferred).
- Experience working with strategic alliances, channel partners, or ecosystem partners (preferred).
