This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to shape and scale a partner marketing function within a technology-driven organization supporting critical business infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies, campaigns, and programs that strengthen partner relationships, increase engagement, and create measurable revenue opportunities.
  • Combine strategic planning with hands-on execution across content, events, communications, enablement, and performance analytics.
  • Work closely with partner teams, sales, and corporate marketing to build a stronger ecosystem and accelerate channel growth.
  • Help turn ideas into impactful programs in a high-visibility opportunity to influence partner success while contributing to the growth of enterprise technology solutions.

Requirements

  • A B2B marketing professional with experience developing partner programs, managing alliances, and executing campaigns that generate measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of co-marketing strategies and experience managing partner relationships or alliances.
  • Experience developing marketing content, campaigns, enablement materials, and event programs.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute partner-driven events and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance, tracking ROI, and optimizing marketing programs.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, operations, and partner teams.
