Partner Marketing Manager
About the role
Notion is building the collaborative AI workspace teams use to think, plan, and execute. Our partner ecosystem is a key multiplier for our global revenue engine. As our founding Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll build the co-marketing motion with our partners—designing campaigns that show the combined value of Notion + our ecosystem and turning partner enablement into measurable, partner-driven pipeline.
You’ll work in lockstep with Partnerships, Product Marketing, and regional sales leaders to ensure partners can tell the Notion story consistently across channels.
Responsibilities
- Set and run Notion’s partner co-marketing strategy across resellers, services partners, and strategic technology/AI partners.
- Launch end-to-end joint campaigns (e.g., webinars, whitepapers, case studies, digital events) that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Own a clear MDF operating model (intake, prioritization, budget allocation, approvals) and invest in the activations that produce the highest ROI.
- Track performance and report results using CRM + marketing analytics, tying programs to pipeline and revenue.
Requirements
- Track record building partner/channel marketing programs from zero to repeatable motion, with clear examples and measurable outcomes.
- Strong campaign and content craft: ability to translate product value into crisp partner value propositions that work across channels.
- Analytical operating discipline: comfort with pipeline attribution, CRM workflows, and reporting that stands up to revenue scrutiny.
- Cross-functional leadership and influence across Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Sales; strong judgment in prioritization and trade-offs.
- AI-fluent working style: uses AI tools to plan, draft, analyze, QA, and scale throughput—while maintaining high standards of craft.
