About the role
The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving partner marketing initiatives to support the growth and success of the fintech platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales among key partners in the fintech and logistics sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage partner relationships, ensuring alignment on marketing goals and providing ongoing support to partners.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, using data to inform future marketing strategies.
- Stay current with market trends and competitor activities to ensure the marketing strategy remains competitive and effective.
Requirements
- 4+ years of partner, lifecycle, or growth marketing experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing and growing partnerships within the fintech and logistics industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including email, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
