Partner Manager, Logistics

Responsibilities

• Drive partner-sourced revenue growth by developing and executing joint Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives with 3PL & Fulfilment partners.
• Own your portfolio of logistics and eCommerce partners, building pipeline and meeting booking targets through strategic collaboration.
• Work closely with partners on co-selling, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration efforts.
• Support internal sales teams in articulating the value of 3PL & Fulfilment partnerships, advocating for partner-driven solutions.
• Ensure partners are fully enabled on Swap’s product roadmap, helping them maximise value for their clients.
• Track and monitor performance metrics tied to Swap’s logistics & fulfilment partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and product to deliver value to partners and drive market share growth in the eCommerce landscape.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, preferably within e-commerce or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a commercial role (sales, marketing, or partnerships).
• Experience working with 3PL, international shipping, returns management, carrier management, freight forwarding, warehousing or other logistics fields to help you connect with our target partners.
• Strong consultative and negotiation skills. Able to articulate commercial strategy and understand what motivates decision making.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
• Highly motivated, self-starter, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset. Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment.
