About the role
These opportunities are focused on senior corporate, M&A, funds, investment management, and partner-level transactional practices where client ownership, portable business, and long-term platform fit matter. Candidates must have senior-level corporate, funds, investment management, or transactional experience, be comfortable owning client relationships, have strong legal and commercial judgment, and be interested in a platform where originations and collections matter.
Responsibilities
- Focus on 8+ years legal practice with $500K+ portable book; trusted generalist counselor to clients; originations, client servicing, cross-selling;
- Transactional real estate, corporate, M&A, employer-side employment, or litigation;
- Formula-driven fee sharing;
- Active office presence; path to equity partnership.
Requirements
- Experienced corporate transactions partner or senior counsel with portable book ideally $750K+ (but open to smaller books);
- Originate and manage M&A, private equity, fund formation, capital markets and cross-practice corporate matters on an entrepreneurial remote platform;
- 15+ years corporate transactional experience; portable book at least $1.5M; middle-market M&A; buy-side and sell-side transactions; private equity sponsors and portfolio companies; corporate governance and strategic advisory; working attorney collections ideally ~$1M+; associate/deal team supervision; cross-office collaboration.
