About The Position
The Partner Lead is an integral part of the Mid Market sales team. Our team is in build and rebuild mode and this role has the opportunity to make a huge impact on the team’s success. They must be capable of developing strong relationships with their clients, deeply understanding their clients marketing objectives, creating and executing on strategic business plans to achieve those objectives, and ultimately maximizing the business opportunity for their clients and Cardlytics.
- Own and grow a book of business focused on existing Mid Market industry clients
- Maintain and create new client and agency relationships
- Identify and close upsell opportunities
- Manage annual renewals
- Work in partnership with internal stakeholders such as Analytics and Product to deliver effectively and efficiently on business plans and performance solutions
- Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure successful and accurate campaign implementation and contractual obligations are met
You Have
- Digital advertising sales, with 3+ years of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Leveraging CRM tools to create and manage a pipeline that is consistently updated and accurate
- Data-driven selling, and you’re comfortable with business and media performance metrics
- Influencing decisions up and across an organization through excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
