The Opportunity

The Partner Integration and Digital Marketing Specialist serves as the critical bridge between Yield Solutions Group and our network of lending partners, owning the relationship from initial implementation through production and ongoing maintenance. This role requires a blend of technical coordination, relationship management, and digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lender Integration & Partner Onboarding
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for lender partners throughout the full integration lifecycle.
    • Coordinate technical onboarding activities including API configuration, data mapping, and system testing.
    • Develop and maintain integration documentation, partner runbooks, and configuration guides.
    • Manage timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
    • Act as an internal advocate for lender partners.
  • Partner Relationship Management
    • Own ongoing lender relationships post-launch.
    • Conduct regular partner check-ins and performance reviews.
    • Coordinate cross-functional responses to partner inquiries.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of each partner's configuration, business model, and goals.
    • Use data strategically to prioritize partner needs.
  • Digital Marketing Execution
    • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
    • Affiliate in developing partner co-marketing materials.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide reporting.
    • Coordinate with product and marketing leadership on go-to-market launches.
    • Help manage marketing automation workflows and CRM data.
    • Apply organic search and SEO best practices.
    • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation workflows.
  • Coordination & Communication
    • Facilitate cross-functional communication.
    • Track and manage open action items.
    • Prepare status updates and partner-facing communications.
    • Support the Director of Product with ad hoc reporting.
    • Contribute to the development of scalable operating frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a partner-facing, client success, technical account management, or digital marketing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external relationships and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Working knowledge of API integrations, system configurations, or technical onboarding processes.
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with project management and documentation tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in auto lending, auto refinancing, consumer credit, or a related financial services vertical.
  • Familiarity with loan origination systems, credit decisioning platforms, or lending infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of B2B2C business models.
  • Exposure to data analytics tools.
  • Experience working within a regulated industry.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 Annually (commensurate with experience).
  • Bonus: Performance-based incentives tied to company and individual goals.
