Partner Experience & Chat Specialist (Remote)

About the role

The Partner Experience & Chat Specialist supports active process servers employed or contracted with ABC Legal Services. This role is remote but based in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and resolve issues from process servers
• Oversee distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers
• Work in Skye (in-house application) to ensure orders are dispatched and fulfilled
• Maintain oversight of process server status to ensure they are in good standing and able to accept and complete work
• Obtain status of orders via phone calls, fax, and court dockets that have been dispatched with Sheriff
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address broken processes or inefficiencies in daily tasks
• Solve issues on the task board in Skye

Requirements

• Customer service or IT experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with legal process as a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Pay

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule

Full-time Shifts from Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9pm PST or Thursday-Monday 9am-5:30pm PST, weekend availability required
