Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and outstanding service.
- Communicate effectively with clients; provide timely and helpful responses.
- Educate clients on financial topics, including business investments, insurance, retirement solutions, and savings strategies.
- Create personalized financial plans for budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning.
- Identify opportunities to enhance account value through upselling and cross-selling, maintaining high client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Applicants must be 18+, a U.S. citizen, and pass a background check.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and the ability to translate account health metrics into actionable summaries are essential.
- A Life Producer license must be obtained within two weeks of employment.
