About the Opportunity

The Partner Experience & Chat Specialist role supports active process servers by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and overseeing the distribution and monitoring of work assignments. This position ensures that cases are dispatched efficiently and that process servers remain in good standing to perform their duties. The role contributes to operational effectiveness by maintaining communication and addressing performance concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from process servers
  • Oversee distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers
  • Use the in-house application to monitor order dispatch and fulfillment
  • Maintain communication and address performance concerns regarding process servers
  • Monitor process server status to ensure capability to accept and complete work
  • Obtain status updates on orders dispatched to Sheriff Offices via phone, fax, or court docket
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and improve inefficient processes
  • Resolve issues on the task management board

Requirements

  • Customer service or IT experience strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Familiarity with legal process is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Pay Range and Compensation Package

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience
