Partner - Enterprise Risk Advisory

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Partner - Enterprise Risk Advisory to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategic direction of the enterprise risk advisory practice
• Oversee delivery of large-scale risk transformation programs
• Build and manage executive-level client relationships
• Drive innovation in risk governance, compliance, and analytics
• Mentor senior leaders to ensure practice growth and excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Statistics; Master's degree in Business Administration or Risk Management preferred
• Certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), CISA, and ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate are required
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level) is essential
• Expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Information Security is required
• Demonstrated ability in Program Management, People Leadership, and Risk Management

Compensation: $143,100 – $215,000 annually
