Risk Partner

For our client, we are seeking a Risk Partner to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will serve as a strategic advisor on compliance and risk matters, helping business leaders navigate regulatory expectations and strengthen internal controls. You will own key elements of the compliance program across multiple business entities, with a focus on monitoring, education, reporting, and issue resolution. The position also involves direct partnership with senior leadership and external regulators to help ensure the organization remains aligned with applicable requirements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $102,700 – $164,600 annually Responsibilities Implement and maintain the compliance program across business entities Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on risk and compliance Educate senior management on compliance risks and responsibilities Track and report on compliance activities and metrics Investigate potential instances of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions Liaise with external regulators as the primary contact Ensure completion of training and education for compliance staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in compliance, privacy, or related functions 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role 7 years of healthcare compliance experience preferred Relevant certifications preferred, such as CPA, CIA, or CFE Benefits Comprehensive training and development programs Collaborative work environment with strong leadership support Exposure to high-level compliance operations Opportunities for professional certification and growth Access to a broad network of compliance professionals Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
