Partner Engagement Lead, Stand Together Ventures (Development and Fundraising)
About the role
The Partner Engagement Lead will build and run the engine that makes transformation happen. This includes recruiting the right partners, deepening their engagement over time, creating space for them to lead alongside each other, and holding the system accountable to real results.
This is a relationship-intensive role balanced with strategy and execution of programming. You'll apply Principled Entrepreneurship to determine the highest-value path forward. Mutual benefit is the standard, not a nice-to-have - every partner relationship should create real value for both parties.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and engage partners who align with Stand Together's mission and values
- Deepen partnerships through regular check-ins and tailored support
- Create opportunities for partners to lead and take ownership of initiatives
- Hold the system accountable to measurable results and impact
- Apply Principled Entrepreneurship to identify and pursue high-value opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in partnership development and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of nonprofit or social impact organizations
- Experience with program evaluation and metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
