Partner Development Lead

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year strategy for Activation (API) and AdTech partners
• Develop and implement a seamless partner engagement model alongside Business Development and Product Marketing
• Set accountability for partner-driven revenue growth and product adoption
• Serve as the internal advocate for partners, shaping product decisions based on their feedback
• Lead cross-functional teams to align efforts for partner-specific strategies
• Bridge the gap between technical capabilities of APIs and commercial sales objectives

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital media, AdTech, or related technology industries
• Deep expertise in the programmatic ecosystem, particularly with DSPs, SSPs, and API integrations
• Proven ability to develop new partnership programs from the ground up
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with experience in structuring complex partnership deals
• Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts for various stakeholders
• Technical fluency with APIs, custom platform connections, and technical documentation
• Experience leading collaborative efforts in matrixed organizations

Pay

$114,499 – $235,734 annually
