Drive the capture of business development opportunities, including shaping, proposal, contract start-up, and execution. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and expand cyber technology partnerships including companies aligned to Federal, DOW, or Civil
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-sell integrated capabilities
- Work cross-functionally with technical teams, sales engineers, capture professionals, and leadership to align strategy and support partner execution
- Build relationships with internal executives and external cyber vendors, OEMs, and VARs
- Identify emerging cyber tech companies, evaluate synergy with mission needs, and initiate outreach to create new partnership opportunities
Requirements
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Qualifications
- Experience building, managing, and expanding cyber technology partnerships
- Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling integrated capabilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams, sales engineers, capture professionals, and leadership
- Experience building relationships with internal executives and external cyber vendors, OEMs, and VARs
- Knowledge of cyber technology ecosystems
- Knowledge of BD or capture processes
- Ability to converse credibly with vendors on capabilities and mission alignment
- Ability to identify emerging cyber tech companies, evaluate synergy with mission needs, and initiate outreach to create new partnership opportunities

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role.
Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
