About the role

iT1, a leading national technology solution provider based in Tempe, AZ, seeks a Partner Coordinator to join its Marketing team. This role offers exposure to top technology offerings and collaboration with industry leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners and vendors.

  • Advocate for OEM partner solutions to sales teams.

  • Coordinate onsite visits with partners.

  • Maintain a regular cadence with partners through monthly or quarterly meetings.

  • Document and manage tiering levels and rebate programs for assigned OEM partners.

  • Work with the certification team to ensure partners meet necessary requirements and deadlines.

  • Request and review signed agreements between iT1 and partners for renewal or current status.

  • Manage and execute MDF programs for assigned OEM partners.

  • Identify and implement new opportunities for MDF based on value propositions.

  • Support the sales team in claiming MDF payments efficiently and accurately.

  • Ensure efficient and timely MDF claiming processes to maintain a net 45-day payment from the date of activity.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of vendor or partner experience.

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about managing tasks.

  • Demonstrated experience with time management.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Prior experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.

  • Proficiency with work management systems like Monday.com preferred.

Physical Demands

  • Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day.

  • Keyboard for 8 hours per day.

  • Near vision (working with small objects or reading small print).

  • Speaking (communicating with clients and coworkers).

  • Hearing requirements (in-person speech, telephone, other sounds).
