Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, organized, and compassionate experience for patients
• Coincide appointments and manage patient communication
• Support clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications and Skills Required

• A high school diploma or GED
• Dental, medical, or customer service experience preferred but training provided
• Comfortable with dental software, email, and Microsoft 365 or eager to learn
• Clear, compassionate communication in person, by phone, and in writing
• Reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and patient-focused
• Team player with a positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally
