Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise audit activities related to partner compliance
- Review audits to assess adherence to agreements and ethical guidelines
- Collaborate with partners to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are signed off by internal subject matter experts
- Provide guidance on best practices and regulatory changes
- Update leadership on partner remediation performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Safety, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles and standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
