Partner Audit Remediation Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise audit activities related to partner compliance
• Review audits to assess adherence to agreements and ethical guidelines
• Collaborate with partners to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions
• Follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are signed off by internal subject matter experts
• Provide guidance on best practices and regulatory changes
• Update leadership on partner remediation performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Safety, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles and standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
