Partner Admissions Lead
About the role
The Partner Admissions Lead supervises a team of Admissions Partner Specialists (APS) dedicated to one of our university partners. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing people, knows their way around an admissions funnel, and takes pride in being the go-to expert for a partner institution.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop your team. Set daily priorities, distribute workload, and own team performance through regular one-on-ones, call reviews, pipeline audits, and honest coaching conversations.
Own the admissions funnel. Manage your partner's enrollment pipeline end-to-end, monitor contact rates, application completions, admit-to-start conversion, and census attendance. Drive corrective action when targets are not met.
Be the partner expert. Build deep expertise in your partner institution's admissions processes, policies, systems, and people. Keep documentation current, train the team on partner-specific processes, and make sure changes reach your team fast.
Represent PKH with your partner. Serve as the primary admissions subject matter expert in partner-facing meetings, prioritize and escalate student issues, and advocate internally for improvements that make the student experience better.
Support What's Next. Help validate systems and workflows for new partner launches, ensure your team is set up for success, and collaborate across Student Success, Partnership Success, Operations, and Marketing.
