Part-Time Youth Pastor
Job Summary
The West Side Brethren in Christ Church seeks a dynamic Youth Pastor to lead and expand the youth program. The ideal candidate should have exceptional people skills, be able to relate to youth and adults, and foster relationships within the church.
About the Role
The Youth Pastor will oversee all youth activities, including the Wednesday evening Youth meeting. They will be responsible for creating an environment that builds trust and relationships, fostering discussions about real-life situations, and planning social events. The candidate should also be able to challenge youth to grow spiritually and encourage participation in mission projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all youth activities

- Prepare youth to become church leaders
- Incorporate youth into the general life of the church
- Lead the Wednesday evening Youth meeting
Requirements
- Dynamic personality with a heart for youth
- Experience in youth ministry (expected)
- College or Bible college degree or courses (an added benefit but not required)
